Commodore’s Welcome
Hello there!
Thank you for visiting our website. The AMYC is a wonderful club with a proud history of sailing since 1961. We have hosted numerous sailing events including state titles and regattas. We enjoy one of the best locations on the surf coast at beautiful Point Roadknight beach – ideal for sailing, fishing, diving and surfing. It is all of these activities (plus more) which attract our membership base, led by an enthusiastic committee. Our clubhouse is situated in one of the best locations along the Surf Coast, offering expansive views over Point Roadknight and beyond.
We have a focus on community involvement and we encourage new members with a choice of membership options to suit everyone. Whether you’re a local of the region, a regular holiday maker, or just visiting, we’d love to see you!

Community Members
Our club is very community focussed and has a number of local organisations included by way of a community membership. This is a special category whereby community clubs / groups pay a nominal membership and have access to the clubhouse for day-time meetings and functions.
