Sailing at Anglesea Motor Yacht Club
Sailing at Anglesea Motor Yacht club is both fun and competitive. Sailing is for off-the-beach boats with the main classes of boat sailed at Anglesea being Hobie Catamarans of variety of sizes and Maricats. Even if you have a different class boat, you can still sail in races and compete in the club handicap events.
The Club holds races on most Sundays during the season which usually runs from Cup weekend in November to Easter weekend. Visiting sailors are welcome to bring their own yachts and race for a small fee to cover insurance.
